Aldwyns provide asset management and protection expertise to business sectors reliant on capital intensive plant. Aldwyns commissioned Remote New Media to design and develop a suite of secure online data archive rooms, managed on its customers’ behalf by Aldwyns. The programme provides digital access to a variety of record documents, document types and document categories. Records are indexed to enable fast, intuitive access.
To gain entry to a Data Room users must first log into the system, usernames and PINs are then validated, and access is granted to the relevant information.
Once access is granted, users browse through the available documentation, with all usage monitored and recorded.
