How we work

When you approach us to discuss your project we will arrange an initial ‘no cost’ meeting with you so that we can talk to you about your business, your vision and specific requirements. At the end of this meeting we’ll all know if we are the right consultancy for you. If we all feel that there is potential for us to work together, we will provide you with a proposal for a short or long term programme to meet your needs.

When we start to work with you as a new client, we will take time to fully understand your business, your challenges, your values, your audience and objectives. We'll develop a creative and functional brief with you, along with a project plan.

All work that we undertake for you will be made available for you to see and approve it at key stages along the way, to ensure that the project progresses in line with our proposal.
