Taste of Powys is working towards a vibrant and sustainable food economy for Powys. As a sustainable company ourselves, Remote New Media presented a strong vision for the project, and that, matched with our experience with building online communities, secured us the commission.
Our first mission was to create a memorable and appropriate brand to set the tone for the organisation. This was closely followed by a range of engaging marketing material and exhibition stands to launch the organisation and communicate its policies and objectives to both local businesses and consumers.
The website is a key tool in promoting the project and is complete with a bi-lingual content management system in Welsh and English, a member sign-up system, a branded e-newsletter sign-up and distribution system, the member directory and Google maps integration on news, events and members listings.
